1. Overview
Print Corporate ships custom packaging orders to business and consumer addresses as agreed on your quote. Transit times start after production approval and payment confirmation.
2. Production vs. Shipping
Quoted turnaround covers manufacturing after artwork approval. Carrier transit is separate and depends on destination, service level, and seasonal volume.
- Standard production: typically 10-14 business days after proof approval
- Rush production: available when capacity allows (quoted separately)
- Shipping method: economy, ground, or expedited as selected on the order
3. Free Shipping Threshold
Orders over $299 may qualify for free nationwide shipping within the contiguous service area stated on your quote. Islands, remote regions, and international lanes may incur surcharges.
4. Packaging For Transit
Finished boxes are packed to reduce crush and abrasion. You are responsible for confirming delivery access, dock hours, and any appointment freight requirements.
5. Damaged Or Lost Shipments
Inspect cartons on arrival. Report transit damage with photos within 5 business days of delivery so we can open a carrier claim and arrange replacement options where covered.
