About Print Corporate
Print Corporate specializes in custom printing and packaging solutions for businesses across various industries. Our services include custom boxes, labels, marketing materials, branded stationery, promotional products, and other printed packaging manufactured according to customer specifications.
Quotations and Pricing
All quotations provided by Print Corporate are based on the information supplied at the time of the request.
- Quotes remain valid for 30 days, unless otherwise stated.
- Prices may change if project specifications, quantities, materials, finishing options, or shipping requirements are modified.
- Applicable taxes, duties, or additional charges are calculated separately where required.
- Orders are confirmed only after written approval and acceptance of the final quotation.
Custom Orders
Every product manufactured by Print Corporate is produced specifically for each customer. Because custom packaging and printed products are made according to your approved specifications, they cannot be resold to other customers. For this reason, customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all order details before production begins. Order specifications include, but are not limited to:
- Product dimensions
- Material selection
- Printing colors
- Finishing options
- Quantity
- Shipping information
- Artwork files
Artwork Submission
Customers are responsible for submitting complete and print-ready artwork. Artwork should be provided in high-resolution formats such as AI, EPS, PDF, or other acceptable vector formats whenever possible. Print Corporate is not responsible for problems resulting from customer-supplied files, including:
- Spelling or grammatical errors
- Low-resolution images
- Incorrect dimensions
- Missing fonts
- Improper bleed or safety margins
- Incorrect color settings
- Hidden or flattened design elements
If artwork requires modifications, additional design charges may apply.
Proof Approval
Before production begins, customers will receive a digital proof whenever applicable. Production will not begin until written proof approval has been received. Once approval is given, Print Corporate is not responsible for errors that were present in the approved proof. It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully review every aspect of the proof, including:
- Text
- Images
- Colors
- Dimensions
- Placement
- Barcodes
- Contact information
Printing and Color Variations
Printing is a manufacturing process, and slight variations may naturally occur. Minor color variations shall not be considered manufacturing defects. Customers acknowledge that:
- Printed colors may vary slightly from digital screen previews.
- Material texture can influence final color appearance.
- Small differences between production batches are considered industry standard.
- Exact color matching cannot be guaranteed unless Pantone (PMS) color matching has been specifically requested and approved.
Production Time
Estimated production times begin only after:
- Final artwork approval
- Confirmation of payment (where applicable)
- Approval of all order specifications
Production timelines are estimates only and may vary depending on:
- Product complexity
- Quantity ordered
- Material availability
- Seasonal demand
- Equipment maintenance
- National holidays
Print Corporate will make every reasonable effort to complete orders within the estimated timeframe but does not guarantee delivery on a specific date unless agreed upon in writing.
Shipping and Delivery
Completed orders are shipped through third-party courier services. Any visible shipping damage should be reported within 48 hours. Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier:
- Delivery schedules become the responsibility of the carrier.
- Shipping delays caused by weather, customs, transportation issues, or carrier operations are beyond our control.
- Customers should inspect shipments immediately upon delivery.
Quantity Variations
During commercial printing, slight production overruns or underruns may occur. Customers agree that quantities delivered may vary within standard industry tolerances. Where applicable, invoices may be adjusted based on the final quantity produced.
Payments
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- Full payment may be required before production begins.
- Approved business accounts must pay invoices according to agreed payment terms.
- Outstanding balances may delay manufacturing or shipment.
- Print Corporate reserves the right to suspend future orders for overdue accounts.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Customers may request modifications before production begins. Once manufacturing has started, changes may not be possible. If production has already commenced:
- Cancellation requests may be denied.
- Any completed work, materials purchased, or manufacturing costs may remain payable.
Returns, Refunds and Reprints
Because every order is custom manufactured, returns are generally not accepted. However, Print Corporate may offer a replacement or reprint if:
- The product differs significantly from the approved proof.
- Manufacturing defects are confirmed.
- Incorrect products were supplied by Print Corporate.
Claims must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order and should include clear photographs showing the issue. Refunds will not be issued for:
- Customer-approved artwork errors
- Minor color variations
- Shipping delays beyond our control
- Customer preference changes after production
Intellectual Property
Customers confirm that they own or have permission to use all logos, trademarks, graphics, artwork, photographs, and other materials submitted for printing. By placing an order, customers indemnify Print Corporate against claims arising from unauthorized use of copyrighted or trademarked materials. Print Corporate does not verify ownership of customer-submitted artwork.
Samples and Marketing
Unless otherwise requested in writing, Print Corporate may retain production samples for quality control, portfolio display, marketing materials, or promotional purposes. Confidential or proprietary projects will remain private upon customer request.
Website Usage
Users agree not to:
- Upload harmful software
- Attempt unauthorized access to our systems
- Copy website content without permission
- Use the website for unlawful activities
- Interfere with website functionality
Print Corporate reserves the right to restrict website access where misuse is identified.
Limitation of Liability
Our total liability shall never exceed the amount paid for the affected order. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Print Corporate shall not be liable for:

Force Majeure
Production schedules affected by such events may be extended without liability. Print Corporate shall not be responsible for delays or inability to perform its obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including:

- Government regulations
- Labor disputes
- Supply chain shortages
- Transportation interruptions
- Power outages
- Cybersecurity incidents
Privacy
Customer information is collected solely for processing orders, providing customer support, and improving our services. Print Corporate does not sell personal information to third parties. Information may only be shared with trusted service providers when necessary to complete orders or comply with legal obligations.
